Made to order
Our merchandise is made to order through our production partner, Inkthreadable. Please allow time for both production and delivery.
Typical production times are:
- Standard clothing: approximately 5 working days.
- Mugs: approximately 3 working days.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Product-specific estimates or any changes communicated before purchase take precedence.
Delivery times
Delivery begins after your items have been produced and dispatched. Standard UK postal delivery typically takes a further 2–5 working days, depending on the service selected.
Express delivery, where available, speeds up transit after dispatch; it does not automatically shorten production time.
Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree a specific deadline with you.
Shipping charges and destinations
We deliver to destinations available at checkout. Available services and delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Charges may vary according to your destination and the items ordered. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact us before placing an order.
For international orders, delivery estimates and any applicable information about import charges must be provided before purchase. Contact us if these are unclear.
Dispatch and tracking
We will send a dispatch notification to the email address supplied with your order. Where the selected service includes tracking, we will provide the available tracking details.
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. We will not charge additional postage after purchase without your agreement.
Delays and missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email hello@builtfixeddriven.co.uk with your order number.
We will investigate and explain the next steps. You do not need to resolve delivery problems directly with our printing partner or courier.
Unless we expressly agree a different period, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order. Your legal rights concerning late delivery, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery details carefully. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If an incorrect address supplied by you or an uncollected parcel results in a return, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or other available options. Any reasonable redelivery charge will be explained and agreed before resending.
We will not charge you to correct a delivery error caused by us or our fulfilment partners.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number, a description and photographs where possible. Keep the packaging while we investigate.
Requests for photographs or prompt reporting do not limit your statutory rights.
Returns
Please follow our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send returns directly to Inkthreadable or automatically use the sender’s address on the parcel.
